[Spce-user] subscriber number cannot start with 0

Hi,
you need to change it in /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml :

routing:
      ac_regex: '[1-9]\d{0,4}'
      cc_regex: '[1-9]\d{0,3}'
      sn_regex: '[1-9]\d+'
