[Spce-user] Pinging of Subscribers

Hi Martin,

you can enable the subscriber/user_preferences "no_nat_sipping" for that
subscriber.

Or you can change the nat ping value in /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml,
under the proxy section, "natping_interval".

Doing that you will change the nat ping interval for all your
subscribers - that's a system-global parameter.
