[Spce-user] FYI: Package update(s) in release 3.0

Dear 3.0 users,
this update fixes the issue with permission for cdrexport:

SELECT command denied to user
'exporter'@'localhost' for table 'resellers' at /usr/sbin/cdr-exporter
line 236.

Remember to follow the instruction below precisely, don't forget running
ngcp-update-db-schema! Successful execution should end like this
