[Spce-user] can't answer calls- log shows Double attempt to record-route and Failure route for local call

Hi,
looks like you are calling twice record_route() in this call.
You should enable debug in kamailio proxy logs:
ngcp-kamctl proxy fifo debug 2
and share the log.
Also a pcap file would be interesting.
