[Spce-user] No audio, could truncated SIP message be the cause?

I have a problem with a specific carrier and client that inbound calls
(from peer to subscriber) do not have audio.

RTP Proxy is set to "Always with Plain SDP". Looking at the trace I see
that the SIP invite from NGCP Proxy to NGCP B2BUA looks truncated in Homer.
Could this be the cause of the issue?
