[Spce-user] CSV Upload problem

Hi,

I've got the 504 timeout page so I can replicate the issue, but at the
end the fees were uploaded and the webpage appears again.

Anyway since the timeout page is wrong, I opened an internal ticket
about that.
We will fix it in the next packages release.
