[Spce-user] Billing problem

 I was create a billing profile, setup direction by that csv record:

".","^011242",out,"International"," Congo Republic",0.0142397383,60,0.0142397383,60,0.0142397383,60,0.0142397383,60,0

but when my client make a call it show that:
+011242053XXXXXX   03:00 $ 0.0256
which is not correct. it should be

(0.0142397383*60)*3=2.563152894

How can I fix it? Did I do something wrong?
Please help, it's really important.
