[Spce-user] Package Updates 3.1 - issue

Thanks Andreas, 
that was the reason.
Updating the node column cured the problem.
(Hint for others:  user sipwise at localhost   - Password as in
/etc/mysql/sipwise.cnf  database: ngcp)
