[Spce-user] Upper Registration to Asterisk - transfers not working

For the sake of keeping one issue per thread - a new topic on this one.

Devices registered to SIPWISE and passed through to Asterisk (upper
registration is the term I am familiar with for this scenario). Mostly
working fine but I cannot transfer a call to another extension. No record
of the transfer in the asterisk logs? Nothing in the proxy log either?
