[Spce-user] Billing

Hi Leonardo,
you can use Regexp as Destination in Stored Billing Fees.
For example:

43699 -> for Austrian Mobile phone
43    -> for austrian calls
44    -> for UK calls
.*    -> all destinations

The try to restart rate-o-mat service and see what the
/var/log/ngcp/rate-o-mat if you have any errors.
