Hi
Thanks so much for the quick replies. I have literally just installed this and am not at all familiar with it yet - for example I was lost as to which logfile to check :-( - now I know. I see no attempt coming through for my registration in those logs.
It is making it to the server - as per the tcpdump output I gave. Not blacklisted. It's running as a full installation (not a template) on a virtual server.
I created a domain. Then created a subsriber, called it user10, and pass. Putting those details in my softphone or my SNOM 300 gets me nowhere - as I said it gets to the server. IPtables -L - looks right I think?
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
MEDIAPROXY udp -- anywhere anywhere id 0
Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Good morning, have you tried watching ngrep-sip from a command line to see if the registration request are actually making it to the server?
Also it would be helpful to know and understand what your setup is like. For example what is the environment, Dedicated? Virtual System?
Are you blacklisted in the Admin portal with the IP of the device you are trying to register? What steps have you done in the Subscriber process, Etc?

Subject: [Spce-user] Fail to register my first device :(
Hi
I have installed sipwise ce as a test box. All "appears" to be running fine but I cannot register a device no matter what I try. I'm a bit lost as to where to start looking, but did to a tcpdump which gives me:
"Ip-of-sipwise-server > public-ip-of-adsl: ICMP ip-of-sipwise-server udp port sip unreachable
Any words of wisdom where to start?
