Technically ... it's not a problem if the peer send a PCMU stream and
the UA sends G729 streams ... as far as each side supports both,
remember that on a call you allways have 2 streams ... one UAS -> UA
... and another one UA->UAS ... and both could use different codecs,
it's not common, but it 'legal'
