[Spce-user] Register with TLS

Hi,

In my x-lite I used this syntax in:

Domain: sip:x.x.x.x;transport=tls

I used it in too in:

Proxy: sip:x.x.x.x;transport=tls

The same in Polycom but  both, x-lite and Ploycom can't register, I don't
know what I have to change.

Note:

The SPCE  is listening for  (5061) I checked that part to be sure.
