In config.yml what's the content of the sems.sbc part?

It should be something like this:

sems:

  sbc:
    calltimer_enable: yes
    calltimer_max: 21600
    session_timer:
      enable: yes
      session_expires: 300
      min_timer: 90
      max_timer: 7200
