[Spce-user] fresh install & I get 408 timeout on sip accounts

No. I have tested it with one softphone (ekiga) in my PC (in local network
with sip provider) that have more than 5 sip accounts that login ok with
many asterisk PBX and from one softphone in my smartphone (Bria) in the
local network too with many sip accounts.
Thast not the key.
Sip provider is not listening or it does not create the account ok. I
really dont know whats is happening.
