Hi Joan,

So this change in the kamailio proxy config obviously fixes your billing 
problem, no? As you can see, the second call leg to 34555550330 is 
correctly billed to the forwarding user.

What's still open is that you've to configure the full E164 number for a 
call which is diverted with 30x. We removed the rewrite rule 
normalizations for call-forwards during the call-forward change in 2.6, 
because we assumed that call-forwards are always provisioned as correct 
E164 number. It looks like though that in this particular case it should 
still be performed.

I'll check that tomorrow, and we'll provide an update to the templates.
