[Spce-user] Feature Request: Add confirmation to Delete buttons

Hi

In the admin web interface, it is quite easy to accidentally click on the
little X delete icon for an account or domain or a re-write rule (and
probably other places). The re-write rule in particular has a delete very
close to the edit button, both of which are small to begin with and require
precision to click. All too easy to hit the wrong one!

It might be useful to include something like onclick="return confirm('Are
you sure you want to DELETE this XXXXXX?') inside the <button> element to
give us fat-fingered users a chance to save ourselves from grief :-)

I know that too much second-guessing can be a pain, but there are certain
things which should really require confirmation!
