[Spce-user] Play MP3 before placing a call.

Hi everybody, 


Is it possible to play a .mp3 (or any audio) file before a call is placed? 


Example: 


[ User dials a number ] -> [ sipwise plays the mp3 ] -> [ sipwise lauches the call ] -> [ callee answers ] -> [ conversation starts ]
