[Spce-user] Confused with Billing

Hello,

I'm really new with Sipwise CE 2.8, I have some things configured, but I
don't understand how Billing works, so I need some help please,

This is what I want to do:

Charge 1 cent per second and every minute of course 1 dollar, how can I do
to apply this configuration to (Sip peering) or to specific account?

I really appreciated your help.
