[Spce-user] multiple identical active Registrations

Hello Theo,

your case seems to differ. The values for Contact and Expires differ in each
case (exception: 1 Contact is actually shown twice but with a different
value for Expires).

In my case the values for Contact and Expires where exactly the same each
and every time.

I haven't caught another re-appearance of the issue, so I'm not able to
provide the output from ngcp-kamctl. There was also a Jitsi update available
this morning, which I installed, so maybe the issue is gone.
