Hello Nigel, you are going about this the wrong way.

Depending on your version you can use the SOAP API to pull the CDR's.
>From here you can sort the data for additional purposes like a billing
system, tech support records or simply for your end users call details.

Please review your manual for
https://youripaddress/domain:2443/SOAP/Provisioning.wsdl  Once you login
you will see the beginning showing instructions on how to perform the
query.

You do not need to do this from the same server.  You can have the
request come from a separate host.

I am attempting to build a website to pull All CDR data from the
Database for monitoring. I was not able to get a page to load when
adding it to the same file that the login page is in. It automatically
loads the user page.
