[Spce-user] FYI: Package update(s) in release 2.8

Hi,

This change fixes a WSDL type definition issue when setting 
usr/domain/peer-preferences defined as enums via SOAP (e.g. SST 
settings, ICE setting etc). If you're not using the WSDL programatically 
or haven't run into an issue with it, then it's not important.
