[Spce-user] subscriber keeps on ringing after hangup

are you using the latest 2.8? if not, check this thread: 
[Spce-user] ngcpct='sip:127.0.0.1:5080' in Contact header

if you are using version 2.8, but not the latest version, then upgrade..
