I think it was more designed for hosting. The trial looks like it can
make service packages and those packages tie-into modules. I looked at
the modules in there and should be straight forward to create an SPCE
module. Looks like there is cron also which could be an idea for
querying SPCE by external_id and building invoice(s). Maybe.
