Sorry Theo I'm away form office and can't follow all threads. Please let me
know:

- Does the REFER sent from the snom phone to the spce and the REFER sent from
  the SPCE to the Asterisk look the same? Any headers missing?

- Is the REFER working fine in case you directly register the snom against the
  asterisk box? 

- If so could you capture both traces and put them attached (not inline as the
  mail clients break the lines)
