[Spce-user] rate-o-mat

Hi Kevin, I do the following and works

update cdr set rating_status ="ok" where
 source_user_id="10d81223-c19c-4030-b2dd-429af4dd8376"

but when I tried to

#service ngcp-rate-o-mat start

I have this other message:
