Hi,
this means that you don't have any billing fees for calls to 0034*.
Please add a proper billing fees and restart rate-o-mat.

Are you using XML or SOAP to update subscribers?  If so it is possible that you have deleted the subscriber before the rating process went over the CDRs. 


The only way to get your rating back running again is to update the accounting.cdr table manually by setting the rating_status to “ok” for source_subscriber_id=10d81223-c19c-4030-b2dd-429af4dd8376

 

 

If you are not using the XML or SOAP to update it still could be possible you deleted a subscriber before calls were rated.

 

This may have to be repeated a few times to get the status “ok” in all fields.
