Hi,
Can you enter your mysql console and post the output of the following
commands, substituting $ID for the account ID of your subscriber?
> select * from billing.contracts where id = $ID;
> select * from billing.contract_balances where contract_id = $ID;
> select * from billing.billing_mappings m, billing.billing_profiles p
where p.id = m.billing_profile_id and m.contract_id = $ID;
