[Spce-user] ngcpct='sip:127.0.0.1:5080' in Contact header

My guess (as I've not actually had this issue) is that your contact 
would look something like:

Contact: <sip:ngcp-lb at your.ext.ip.address:5060;ngcpct='sip:127.0.0.1:5080'>
