[Spce-user] ICE Candidates being Stripped in 2.8

Hi Andreas, 

I tested out the options on the admin, There are 3 options however none of these work for me, can I get an option for adding no ice candidates at all? or adding an ice candidate for the rtpproxy but not having it as the top priority (allow users to p2p connect to each other).
