[Spce-user] Rate-o-mat log

Hi, a couple of questions with Rate-o-mat

1. Can it notify the administrator when it decides to die? e.g. no billing
information for a certain destination. Now it silently dies and we have to
login and take a look after a while....

2. In the logs, I'm seeing these entries ... how do I get the destination
profile etc?
