[Spce-user] Invalid subscriber number, please use digits only. (The number can not start with a zero.)

When i try to add a new subscriber via web interface, i get this error when
sn start with zero.
The E.164 number is like this:
cc: 34
ac: 950
sn: 069xxx

In Spain, sn can be start by zero. How can i solve this?
