[Spce-user] sound set breaking hunting, callers getting disconnected message

I'm having an issue where we have a sound set configured but cannot use it where hunting is used as it will just send a call to busy once a line is in use rather than hunt properly.

When I do not have the sound set configured, if a line is busy or ATA offline, callers are getting a disconnected message from their provider instead of a busy or unavailable message.  It's my understanding that the sound set handles these messages, we are using the sound set on single line customers without issue, ata offline, callers get an unavailable message, line busy they get a busy as expected.  This is only affecting multi line ATA customers that are registered directly to spce and have hunting, single line ATAs and pbx (sip trunk) customers are not affected.

Either Jeremie Chism or I can provide more information if needed, we are running spce 2.8 currently but this has been going on since 2.6.
