[Spce-user] Disabling call waiting/accessing VM and prompt for number?

2 Questions, Is there a way to disable call waiting, on the SPCE end?  I have a customer that wishes to not have it.

Also is there a way to dial into the voicemail and ask for the voicemail box number/password instead of assuming I want to access the voicemail from the number Im calling from?
