I'm a noob in spce too, but i know the mediator fails when sql errors are present.

Nothing has changed in your system, so I bet you a quarter pounder with cheese that your cdr table is crashed.

Try this:

mysql -p -uroot
use accounting;
check table cdr;
repair table cdr;

Exit mysql & Restart mediator.
