[Spce-user] NGCP

I just installed using the ngcp installer, the sipwise ce software.
Installation looked like it went fine. All status show ok.
I added a contact and customer.
In trying to add a subscriber, I attempt to add a domain.  Two problems.
1. It reports - Failed to create domain. (A service could not be reached, "127.0.0.1", port 5582)
2. It does not like a domain with a - (dash) in it.
