[Spce-user] Failed to create domain. (A service could not be reached, "127.0.0.1", port 5582)

Hi,

New user here on Debian 7.

Just tried to install SPCE 3.0 following the documentation. All went OK until I tried to create a domain.

This is the error I get:

Failed to create domain. (A service could not be reached, "127.0.0.1", port 5582)

Indeed netstat shows no service listening on that port. What service is supposed to be listening on that port?
