[Spce-user] routing a subscriber to a specific peer

Hi Clint,
The selection of the peer is based:

(1) according to longest Request-URI user part match
(2) according to peer's priority
(3) according to host's randomized weight


in this order of importance.
What are your sip peering rules ?
