[Spce-user] routing a subscriber to a specific peer

Hi Clint,
I wondering if you are sure the callee prefix is really contained in the
R-URI.
Please check the kamailio-proxy.log and see what do you have as R-URI
before choosing the peer.
Looks like the RURI doesn't match the Callee Prefix on Peer 2, so it
goes out via peer 1.
