[Spce-user] (no subject)

I'm trying to upload fees for new billing, csv was contained about 16 000 entries. web server return me 

504 Gateway Time-out nginx.
Now I can't open administrator web interface, I see 504 error.

[error] 4171#0: *66720 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 201.229.220.67, server: , request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/fastcgi/ngcp-panel.sock:", host: "webhost_name:1443"
