Hello, At first of every month rate-o-mat fails due to Oct 11 13:31:05 sb-ny rate-o-mat[32046]: No contract balance for CDR 63248 found. This is the second month it has happened and i have to manually delete those record to get it to rate again. Has anyone seen this problem before ?
