[Spce-user] Call forwards on V3

Hi,

 

This is a usability thing but adding a destination set to a subscriber and
then being able to regularly enable and disable then re-enable cfu or cft to
that set seems complicated and seems to create a new set each time making it
very difficult for users  to understand.

The changes to make this simpler than before are good but don't seem to work
as you would expect.

 

Just some feedback.
