[Spce-user] unable to add phone number

Sorry I wasn't specific enough.

User A already has the number 123456789 and I want to add the number 987654321.

The system complains about the number 123456789 already exists, but I'm not trying to add that one. It seems that the GUI tries to add all the numbers instead of adding only the new ones.
