The peer sends dialed number in format +1917XXXXXXX. If your aliases are
in the E.164 format without plus you need to create a Rewrite Rule Set
with an Inbound Rewrite Rule for Callee like this:
Match Pattern: ^\+([1-9][0-9]+)$ or ^\+(.+)$
Replacement Pattern: \1
and assign this set to the incoming peer.
