[Spce-user] rat-o-mat fails

[Carriba UG - sip:wise]

Hello Daniel,

Now i get this issue:
Restarting rate-o-mat: rate-o-matError rating CDR batch: No contract balance
for contract id 1 starting earlier than '1381910950.54' found

Can you please explain me this, for me it is all OK in the configuration
itself.

Hi,
please check the contracts, maybe you have assigned to a reseller a contract
who belonged to another reseller.
