[Spce-user] Setting P-Called-Party-ID

Hi,
could you send me the kamailio-proxy log for this call? The e164_to_ruri
should not affect From, it changes only RURI and To, so we need to see
what's going on.. Maybe you need to set outbound_from_user usr/dom
preference to "User-provided Number".
