[Spce-user] Problem with sipwise and snom m9

Hi,
looks like a snom issue, cause the phone should reply with 200 OK to
the CANCEL and 487 to the INVITE.

Usually 400 message is used when the request is malformed.
Can't see any stranges in the CANCEL message which can cause the 400
Bad Request.
