[Spce-user] SPCE in Proxmox virtual environment

Hi,
remember to allocate as much memory as possible if you are planning to
use ngcp 3.0. (at least more than 3GB)

Also, before deployment, it's better to make a load test (with sipp for
example), trying to reach 150-200 concurrent calls and see the performance.
