[Spce-user] Reseller admin login on sipwise web service API?

Please ignore this - all works fine, just a minor Subscriber data
configuration issue.

So, for anyone else, note that a wildcard (%) search on external id from the
api will not match a blank field.

Hi - 

Should it be possible to use a reseller login credentials as type "admin"
for authorizing on the API?

I am trying to use the search_voip_account_subscribers function, which works
fine for my main Administrator user, but pulls back 0 results for the
Reseller admin login (even though there is a Customer and a Subscriber
configured).
