[Spce-user] Adding Accounts and Subscriber through script or csv?

Hello,

is there a way to create accounts and subscriber through a script or 
importing a csv file?

I ask, because I have to add 200 accounts and appropriate subscribers 
with one or more numbers.

It will be a huge task to add 200 accounts through the web-interface.
They have all the same billing, rewrite and domain.
